Terms and Conditions

General: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the Conference Programme or the identity of the speakers without notice.

Registration Fee: The conference is provided on a PWYW model. You are more than welcome to attend free of charge but if you do pay a fee then a VAT charge is applied to the registration fees. The registration fees include VAT and taxes relating to the online Conference. Payments, where appropriate can be made by credit card only.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations received before 1st January 2025 at 23.59 CET will not be subject to a cancellation fee (full reimbursement). We regret that no refund requests will be accepted for payments received after 1st January 2025 at 23.59 CET. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the International Network for Health Workforce Education by email. Substitutions of delegates attending the event may be accepted upon receipt of a written request to be submitted to the International Network for Health Workforce Education.

Audio Vissual: In view of the fact that the events related to the Conference will be either recorded and photographed, you hereby agree that, by attending the event, your image and/or voice may be recorded and published through different media.
